Obituary of Therese A. Plumridge

Therese A. Plumridge, 92, of Cicero and formerly of Eastwood, died on Tuesday, March 9 at the Cottages. She had retired from National Grange Insurance as a clerk. She was a communicant and member of the Altar and Rosary Society at Blessed Sacrament. She was a member of the Golden Agers and the Catholic Daughters of America, Court Grimes #838, and a graduate of the Cathedral Academy. Therese was a very kind, loving, and thoughtful person, with a strong sense of commitment to family, and was always a source of unconditional acceptance and support. She was predeceased by her parents Frederick and Ellen Plumridge (born Toomey). She is survived by several nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held in Blessed Sacrament Church, 3127 James St., Syracuse, on April 9 at 10:30 AM, and will also be live streamed at www.shepardsonfh.com. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 4100 E. Genesee St., Dewitt. Therese's family askes that no flowers be sent to church; instead, memorial donations may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Food Pantry by calling 315-437-3394.
