Joyce Preston passed away on February 25, 2020; she was an executive assistant for Niagara Mohawk for many years until her retirement. She is survived by her brother Kirk Preston, who resides in Huntington Beach California and his family. Joyce was an avid dog lover and actively involved in dog rescues and working with the humane society. A resident of the Eastwood area, she was a graduate of Eastwood High School and CCBI. Joyce was a caring and giving person, always ready with a radiant smile and a quick wit ready to help anyone in need. She will be truly missed by her friends and family.
