Genevieve “Gen” E. (Saturno) DePaul, 95, of Syracuse, died on Monday, December 2 at Bishop Rehabilitation
Mrs. DePaul had retired as a buyer from Sears Roebuck & Co.  She was a devoted wife and loving mother who cared deeply for her whole family.  She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.
She is pre-deceased by her husband Alfred and her parents James and Nancy Trotta Saturno.
She is survived by her daughter Judi (Robert) Murphy of Syracuse; sons: David (Karen) of League City, TX, Jeffrey (Diane) of East Syracuse; 4 grandsons: Joseph Murphy, Nicholas (Jill) Murphy, Daniel (Megan) DePaul, James DePaul; a granddaughter Lauryn DePaul; a great-grandson Weston DePaul; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 18 at 8:30am at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home and at 9:00am in Blessed Sacrament Church.  Interment will be in Woodlawn Mausoleum.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 17 from 4-7pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central NY Eye & Tissue Bank.
