Obituary of Kevin J. Plumridge

Kevin J. Plumridge, 55, passed away on October 3, 2019 in the Palliative Unit at Loretto.  Born and raised in the Syracuse area, Kevin graduated from Jamesville-Dewitt High School and served his country as a proud member of the 101st Airborne Division of the US Army. He was employed by Green Hills Farms in Syracuse for most of his working career. 
Kevin’s big heart, resilient wit and courage touched the lives of everyone he met. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his devoted sisters: Christine A. Plumridge of Syracuse and Kim Plumridge and her husband David Dionne of Tuckahoe; cherished nephews Kyle Wilson and Jacob Stimpson of Syracuse and Lucas Plumridge of Chandlersville, Ohio; loving Aunts Sharonlee Kieffer and her husband Joseph of Jamesville; Therese Plumridge of Syracuse; Carol Gibbons of Jamesville and Dawn Gibbons of Syracuse as well as several dear cousins, especially Joanie Markowski and Eric Kieffer.
Kevin is also survived by his beloved girlfriend Lori O’Brien, best friend Patrick Kemp and his family, as well as a dearly loved family of friends, especially Ron Lafrance, Mike Ryan, Juan Fernandez, Karen Eller, Chris Macedo, Patty Phillips, Tammy Grillo, Connie Liddle, Nikki Garrigan, Lillie Morris, Carol Bennett and Dr. Lori Peppers.
He was predeceased by his Mother Joan G. Plumridge in 2009 and his Father Joseph K. Plumridge in 2008.
A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, October 10 at 10:15am in Blessed Sacrament Church.  Burial will be private.
