Marcia Ann Tucker, 76, of Syracuse, died on Wednesday at Community General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Binghamton, where she met her husband and together they raised their family in Eastwood. She will always be remembered for her laughter, her smile, her warmth and the love she had for her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert Tucker Sr., her brother Harlan, and her sister Eleanor.

She is survived by her sons: Robert (Kara) Jr., Richard (Sheela), Daniel; daughters: Sherry Tucker, Laurie (Don) Dashley, Michele Tucker; brother Carlton (Marilyn) Chapel; sister Suzanne (Gary) Evans; 20 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30am in the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.  Calling hours are Monday from 4-7pm at the funeral home, 3111 James Street.
