Obituary of Evelyn Rose McGraw

Evelyn Rose (Moosbrugger) McGraw 70, died peacefully at her home in Liverpool, NY surrounded by family. She passed Nov 12th 2018 on the day of her 52nd wedding anniversary with her loving husband and high school sweetheart Brian ‘Mugsy’ McGraw at her side.
Evelyn was a graduate of North Syracuse High School. She spent most of her time raising her 6 children and worked at Nationwide Insurance, and AT&T. She is predeceased by her father, James Moosbrugger and her brother Steven Moosbrugger and her parent’s in-law Francis ‘Mugs’ McGraw and Helen McGraw.
Evelyn is survived by her husband of 52 years Brian ‘Mugsy’ McGraw, her mother Rose Moosbrugger, her sister Marilyn Curtis, her children; Shelly McGraw, Colleen McGraw, Brian McGraw, Shannon McGraw, Kevin McGraw, and Megan McGraw. She is also survived by her sisters in-law Anne (McGraw) Davis ( Harlow ) and Kelly McGraw and brother in-law Martin McGraw, and her 6 grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Evelyn’s family would like to express appreciation to her cousins Anna Marie Moosbrugger and Marianne Cywilko ( Mark ) and family friend Jen Eddington Stone for their selfless dedication, care and comfort that they provided.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 19th at St. Rose of Lima Church, North Syracuse.  Friends may greet the family from 10-11am before the mass in church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Central NY or Francis House.
