Peggy was very kind to me. Even though she was ill, she took my sister and I to see our father in a nursing home. I will miss her very much.

It’s very hard to believe that this vibrant, creative, beautiful person is gone. I Know that there is a special place in heaven for her. Peggy was an amazing friend and I remember many situations whether I was camping with the family, or sitting around her dining room table scrapbooking while eating something amazingly decadent that she had cooked or baked, and it makes me smile.
It certainly was not unheard of to find Peggy chatting it up with shoppers at Michaels or Hobby Lobby and hear her invite them over to join in on our “scrapping nights.’ Peggy was always so gracious and the first to jump in to help a cause she believed in or to aid a person in need.
And bake? I could go on for days talking about her cakes, cookies and cheesecakes that were to die for! Peggy also excelled in cooking amazing meals. I’ll have the steak and gravy please.
It was most certainly not unusual to see the kids in the neighborhood coming to her door and finding Peggy shoving freshly baked cookies into a bag to give to them. But this is only a minuscule example of her loving generosity, and creativity.
I am so blessed to have had Peggy in my life. I will miss her.

Dear Teri, Steve, Keith, Greg and Barb,
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear mother and sister. Peggy and I are cousins and grew up very close to each other here in Maine. We went through school together and graduated from H.S. with each other. We have stayed in touch on and off over the the years. I know how much she loved all,of you,and all her grandchildren. You now have an angel in heaven looking over all of you, Keep all your memories close,to,your, heart. RIP my dear cousin.
Love, Ginny & Doug

Steve and family, my prayers go out for your mom and your family. Given the caliber of man you are and from the sound of it, your brothers too, your mother was some kind of woman. I offer my heartfelt condolences to your family. God bless you all.
