Janice L. Phillips, 84, of Fayetteville, died on Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She retired after 30 years from General Electric as an A. secretary. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority since 1946. She was pre-deceased by her husband John R., parents George and Lena LaVaute and beloved cousin Beverly Fix. She is survived by her step-daughter Sharon Murray; grandchildren Timothy and Mackenzie; a sister-in-law Diane Phillips; and several cousins.
Funeral services are Friday at 11am at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home with burial to follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 10-11 before the service on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY. www.hospicecny.org
