Dear Chet and your Caretaker,
We are saddened that you are gone, we will miss your correspondence. You were always the kindest man. And, my mother (Madeline) talks of your kindness often. We're happy you reached "old bones" at 97! Although it was short, we're honored to have been part of your family. Thank you for the memories!
