Mary, known by those who love her as; Mitzi, Ma, Grandma and G.G., passed away peacefully on Sunday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born on October 16, 1927 to Paul and Mary Evertz, she was predeceased by her husband Edwin, in 1971 and brother Karl, in 2015. Mary is survived by her sons; Jeff (Karen) of Kentucky, Greg (Lori) of Syracuse and daughters; Lori (Mike) Demeter of Wisconsin and Amy (Tom) Dusthimer of Liverpool, 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Calling Hours will be held Wednesday at Frasier-Shepardson Funeral Home, 1217 North Salina Street, 4pm-7pm. Funeral Service: Thursday, 1:00 pm at St Paul’s Lutheran Church with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
