Esther Parkerson
Esther Wadowiec Parkerson, pased away on August 12, 2016. She was 92 years old. She was born on October 20, 1923 in Syracuse. Esther was a member of the Bible Students. She married Francis J. Parkerson on October 3, 1948. She was a graduate of Vocational High School and retired from General Electric with 35 years of service. Esther and Frank enjoyed many camping trips in the Adirondack Mountains.
Esther was predeceased by her husband Frank of 51 years, who died on April 24, 2000. She was also pre-deceased by her father and mother: John and Agnes Wos Wadowiec; brother and sisters: Mary Letki, Lottie Williams, Lucy Wadowiec, Jennie Sobolewski, Philip Wadowiec, Rose Marks, and Ruth Makowski.
She is survived by a brother-in-law, Chester Makowski, of Syracuse; sister-in-law Madeline Grosso Wadowiec of Pittsburgh, PA and many nieces and nephews.
At Esther’s request there are no Calling Hours or Memorial Services and entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
