John "Jack" W. Keller, 74, of Liverpool, died on Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was a graduate of CBA and a veteran of the US Army. Jack retired from the Liverpool School District and had formerly worked for Western Electric for more than 27 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 113 in Baldwinsville, the East Syracuse Volunteer Fire Department and the Oneida Lake Association. Jack was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. He was pre-deceased by his brother Robert. He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Dorothy "Dottie" (Seeger); daughter: Bonnie (Chris) Clappin of East Syracuse; son: Kevin (Sandee Hill) Keller of Marcellus; and his grandsons: Christopher, Connor, Benjamin, Braeden Clappin. Funeral services are Friday at 8:15 at the Frasier-Shepardson Funeral Home followed by the funeral mass at 9am in St. Matthew's Church. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the funeral home, 1217 North Salina Street. Memorial contributions may be made to Hope for Bereaved, 4500 Onondaga Boulevard, Syracuse 13219.
