Louise Marcoccia Kratz, 83, passed away on October 15, 2015. She retired from the Onondaga County Board of Elections. Louise belonged to the St Vincent’s Happy Roamers and loved organizing trips for seniors. Louise was predeceased by her parents John and Angela Marcoccia, her brother Connie Marcoccia and her son-in-law James Wright. Her survivors include: her husband of 64 Richard, sons Bob and Chris Kratz, and John and Kim Kratz, daughter Joan Marie Wright; five grandchildren Mark, Brian, Anthony, Emily , Tyler and a great grandchild due in December; her sisters Carmella and John Fitzgerald and Sister Giovanna. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Vincent DePaul Church Monday October 19 at 11:00am. Visitation will be in the Church from 10:00 to 11:00am. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
