Marion Virginia Butler, 82 passed away on Thursday at James Square. She was born on October 20, 1928 in Syracuse the daughter of the late William an Evelyn Clifford Hicks. She retired from Glomax Plastics and enjoys cats, dogs and birds. Survived by her children: Edward (Cheryl) Butler of Syracuse, Rebecca (John) Rizzo of Camillus, Hugh Butler of Liverpool, Phillip Butler of Missouri; grandchildren: Malinda (Michael) Aitken, Amy, Timothy, Alison Butler, Nicholas and Michael Rizzo. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 4th at 5pm at Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street. Memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA.
