Don-- I did what you asked: I got my butt down here to be with my mom. Now your hairbrush really does have blond hair in it! Its lonely here without you. Molly is sad. So am I. But I will laugh at your stories, listen to the CDs you made me (even if people tease me for still having CDs), and think of you always. Thanks for being a wonderful stepdad to me, and Grandpa to Alex. Love, Your Evil Stepdaughter

Don was a guitar student of mine, but more importantly, he was a good friend. The kind that would put your needs before his, and I think we all know that there aren't many people like that around and now there is one less. He always had a story to tell and more often than not it would cut into our lesson time. Sometimes he practiced , sometimes he didn't. But he always showed up with smile on his face, ready to tackle a new challenge. I will miss Don very much.
