Charles Francis Adams, 68, of Syracuse, died on September 26, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital. There are no known survivors. Graveside services will be Friday at 1:30pm in the Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
