Vic will be greatly missed. He was my brother-in-law and my husband's identical twin brother as well as all four of our children's godfather. He certainly had a great love for animals and all of his pet basset hounds. I will always love him and keep him in my heart.
A fond memory I have is going up to visit Uncle Vic with my family about 25 years ago and going cross country skiing. I remember his Basset Hound Clyde being at his house where we stayed for the weekend. He and Paula were very accomodating for us. Another great memory is when me and my father (his twin brother Hugo) drove up to his place on Lake Ontario. Even though it was a fixer upper, he gave us his old boat to go home with. I was reallly looking forward to seeing him again at my wedding in July but at least now he can be with his brother again. Uncle Vic will be greatly missed.
