Kathleen Hillins, 105, of East Syracuse, died on Tuesday at St. Camillius. She was born in Ballyhaus, County Mayo, Ireland. She was a former governess for 30 years and was a communicant of St. Matthew's Church.
Mrs. Hillins was pre-deceased by her husband Frank.
She is survived by her daughter Kathleen (Bob) Brown of Syracuse; a son John (Pauline) of Scottsdale, AZ; 4 grandchildren: Jeffrey, Brian Hillins, Sarah Magenis, Emily Costello; and 7 great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum in Dewitt.
