Obituary of Brian Scott Steenberg

Brian Scott Steenberg, 43, of Syracuse, died on Wednesday at University Hospital. He was a graduate and played basketball at Henninger High School, class of 1988, and also played basketball and graduated from Monroe Community College. Brian had been employed as a line manager at Advanced DC Motors and also worked at P.P.C. He enjoyed spending time in the Adirondacks with his friends, listening to music and playing basketball. He loved life and always left a smile on his friends' faces. He is survived by his sister Donna L. Steenberg; his fiancee Lisa Dittler; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7pm at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home with a service held at the conclusion. Memorial contributions American Cancer Society.
