Theodore G. Mermigos, 83, passed away on April 29, 2014. He was born in Thompsonville, CT. Predeceased by his parents George and Sophia, and brother William; Surviving are his wife of 57-years, June (Sabha) Mermigos; three daughters: Elizabeth, Mary Bordelon, Terry; son: Theodore (Cathy); three siblings: James, Irene, and Mary; four grandchildren: Ryan, Kadie, Sandra, and Summer, and many nieces and nephews. Theodore was the proprietor of Ted's Books, Records, and Collectables and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Calling hours will be held on Monday May 5, from 4 to 7 at Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home. Services will be at Saint Sophia's Greek Orthodox Church on Tuesday, May 6 at 11 a.m., with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to: Saint Sophia's Greek Orthodox Church or Hospice of CNY.
