James "Steven" Moosbrugger, 59, of Syracuse, died on Wednesday at Upstate. He was a singer, songwriter, and musician in the CNY community. His was known as Steve Holly from the
band "Holly and the New Yorkers". He was pre-deceased by his dad James.
He is survived by his mother Rose; sisters: Evelyn (Brian "Muggsy") McGraw, Marilyn Moosbrugger Curtis; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 4-6pm on Tuesday at the Fraisier-Shepardson Funeral Home.
