Robert C. Menninger, 72 passed away Wednesday at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Syracuse on December 17, 1941 the son of the late Reo and Ruth Springstube Menninger. Robert retired from Penn Central Railroad and then worked for James Square for a number of years. Predeceased by his step-son: William Powers and his sister: June Santy. He is Survived by his wife: Linda Barnhart Menninger; children: Tina (David) Bullard Debra (Gary) Getman; Kevin (Monica) Menninger; Belinda (Kevin) McKenna; and Benita Menninger; step-children: Dawn (Martin) Obey, Thomas (Jill) Powers and Tammy (Jeff) Mitchell; brother:Burton (Linda) Menninger; sisters: Doris Gambocorto, Lucille ( Phil) Mickelson and Beatrice Wells; 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchilden and several nieces and nephews. Donations can be mailed to his family at 101 Forest View Lane, Minoa, NY 13116.
