Frank DiCaprio Jr., of Eastwood, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 18th at his home with his sister Sherri at his side due to a history of Heart conditions.
He was a member of the Millwrights and Carpenter’s Union for many years in the Syracuse area. He also painted and repaired cars at Federico’s Auto Body and completed construction jobs for family and friends.
He was a gentile and kind soul always helping others with his great smile. He had a meticulous nature with his apartments, truck, and Corvette. His tenants called him the ”Guardian Angel.” He would warm up their cars in the winter and clear the snow for them amongst other activities.
Frank always took his sister, brother-in-law, and nephews out to dinner for their birthdays at Delmonico’s or Vitos. These outings will truly be missed.
Frank is survived by his sister Sharon DeMaio, brother-in-law David, nephews Dustin and Devon.
His parents Frank and Lil DiCaprio and his sister Diane are predeceased.
