Karen Hooker, of Syracuse, died Friday, June 7th, 2013 at her home in Eastwood after fighting cancer. She was born in Syracuse and retired in 2010. One of her favorite things to do was hang out by the pool.
She was pre-deceased by her husband William D. Hooker, parents Bal and Pearl and her sister Mellisa Fulton.
She is survived by her daughter Candice (Mark) Wilson and their children: Matt, Brad and Sabrina; and great-grandson James, all of Syracuse. The family wishes to have no services at this time. Visit www.shepardsonfh.com to leave a condolence.
