Carolyn M. Lis Obituary

Carolyn (DeLapp) Lis, 91, longtime resident of Eastwood, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Carolyn was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary (Pulaski Post 1604). She enjoyed traveling, playing Bingo, and spending time with family.

She was predeceased by her husband Anthony, sons: Anthony Jr and James, and daughter Jane Palla.

She is survived by her sons: Thomas and David (Rose); daughters: JoAnn Barany, Joyce (Bob) Pond, and Barbara Hover; 14 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are Saturday, March 2 at 8:30am at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home and at 9am in Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday from 4-7 pm at the funeral home, 3111 James Street.
