Bruce Schoeck Obituary

Bruce Schoeck, 62, of Central Square, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2023 at Central Park rehabilitation and nursing center. Bruce was born and raised in Jamesville, NY and was a longtime resident of Eastwood, before moving to Central Square in 2018. He was employed for many of years with Griffin Environmental, Craner Oil and most recently was a Self employed contractor at Schecky Contracting. Bruce was also a longtime volunteer fireman for Southwood Fire Department. In his spare time he enjoyed watching SU basketball, building model train sets where he would create extravagant towns and villages and being around the many dogs that he and his wife had over the years.

Bruce is pre-deceased by his mother and father: Frances and Arthur Schoeck and wife of 30 years, Jayne Schoeck.

He is survived by sisters: Sandra (Stan) Davies, Kathryn (Paul) Procopio; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Friday, January 5, 2024 from 2-4pm at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home with a service at the conclusion.
