William Lee Switzer, born August 2, 1952 in Auburn, NY, passed away peacefully at home on November 17, 2023 in Syracuse, NY. He was surrounded by his beloved wife Nancy Kay Switzer. William was a Redcreek High School graduate, and served his country proudly in the US Army during the Vietnam War. After his service, he retired from the US Postal Service after many years of dedicated service. William was a devoted husband to Nancy Kay Switzer, with whom he shared 50 years of marriage. He was a proud father of sons William Jr and Joey Switzer, and a loving father in law to Krista and Glenda. His grandchildren, Braden, Parker, Eden, and Emmet, were his pride and joy.William chose not to have a funeral, but instead to be surrounded by his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he loved. God bless and we love you Dad.
