G. James Shepardson, 92, of Brookdale Senior Living in Liverpool, was born on November 1, 1930 in Syracuse and passed away on December 12, 2022. Jim was a life long member of the Syracuse community and resided in Liverpool.  His parents were Carl F. and Johanna Krissler Shepardson.  He is the former owner/operator of Reliable Machine & Motor Parts in Syracuse.  He is pre-deceased by his wife Regina M. “Jean” Shepardson. Jim enjoyed playing golf and traveling.  He and Jean spent their retirement years at their winter home in Port St Lucie, FL.  He was a former member of the Pastime Athletic Club, St. Margaret’s Holy Name Society, and the Assumption Monday Night Golf League.
He is survived by his two sons; a daughter; five grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a sister Joan Snyder and several nieces and nephews.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, December 17 at 12pm at St. Margaret’s Church with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.  Calling hours will be held at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson funeral home on Friday from 5-7pm.
