Doris Marion Dugger, 92 of Eastwood passed away Wednesday at James Square. She was born on May 14, 1920 in New Hartford, NY the daughter of the late Clarence M. and Anna Mumpton Thompson. She had attended Nursing School. Doris attended Syracuse University for business and accounting that she used in her management position at Allied Van Lines and retired in 1985. She was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church. She was a member of the O.E.S. Central City Chapter 433 and was the Matron of Honor for the State of New York Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening and resting on her patio, Doris was an avid fisher woman and loved aquatic activities. Survived by her daughter: Donna A. Dugger of Eastwood and nephew Stephen Thompson; several other nieces and nephews and their children. Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 3, from 10 am - 12 pm with a Funeral Service at Noon in Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street.
