Frederick M. Allen, 77, of Syracuse passed away peacefully on Monday, August 22, 2022, at DeMay Living Center. He was a lifelong resident of Syracuse, and he spent many years carrying out his true passion - coaching Little League at LeMoyne fields. He was past Commander and a life member of the Eastwood American Legion Post 1276. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 42 + years, Judith Allen, to whom he devoted his life to. Fred is survived by his sons: Mark (Susan) Cowles, Jeff (Sarah) Cowles, 4 grandchildren (Michael, Rebecca, Aiden, and J.J.) and several nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Arrangements by Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home.
