Richard Liepke, 78 of Minoa passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born on June 4, 1934 the son of the late Leonard and Frances Brzezinski Liepke. Dick was a member of the Teamsters Local 317 and worked for a number of years at Associated Transport. He was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Minoa. Dick was predeceased by his daughter in law Patty Liepke and his brother Leon Liepke. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Lillian Mosher Liepke; children: Michael Liepke, Theresa (Clarence) Wilsey, Lois (Anthony) Trzaska of IN, Lorraine Briggs, Dr. Matthew (Dr. Christina) Liepke of Oswego; siblings: Lucille Pelkey, Leonard Liepke and AnnaMay Rockburn; 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 24 from 4-7pm at Welter-Price Funeral Home, 3111 James St. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Garden at the convenience of the family.
