Obituary of Jason T. Strong

Jason T. Strong, 40 of Syracuse, N.Y.  passed away unexpectedly on May 17, 2022.
Jason is survived by his loving mother Ann Marie, his father Timothy, his twin brother Jeffrey Strong and his two children Jasmine Strong (6) and Jah’Kai Spann (4); his uncles David Herholtz, Mark (Sherri) Herholtz and John Herholtz; his niece Kayla Strong and nephew Kaivion Strong; his cousins Allison Herholtz (Nick Owens), Michael (Bri) Herholtz and Nicholas Herholtz (Bri Marshall) and many other family and friends, including his girlfriend Christina Williams.  
Jason was a good, kind man who will be greatly missed.  Jason was a wonderful, loving Dad to his two young children and cherished every moment spent with them.  
Jay was known for his collection of fitted hats, especially the N.Y. Yankees and his collection of Jordan sneakers.  He was an avid N.Y. Giants fan and enjoyed following SU sports.  He will live on in each and every one of us and will be missed.  
The family will have a Memorial Mass for Jason on Friday, May 27th at 9 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church 3127 James St., Syracuse.
Calling hours for Jason will be Thursday, May 26th 6-8 pm. at Goddard –Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James St, Syracuse.
