Obituary of Dwight H. McClemens

Dwight H. McClemens, 85 of Syracuse, died on March 23, 2021 after a brief illness. He had retired after 27 years with Bristol Myers Squibb. Mr. McClemens served as a medic for 9 years with the US Army and was stationed in Germany. He was a member and elder at Elmwood Presbyterian Church, a member of the Bristol Senior Golf League, and a member of the FCRV-NCHA Camping Club for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife: Virginia Marie (Wright) McClemens; 4 sons: David (Michelle) of Baldwinsville, Jim of Central Square, Mark of New Jersey, Paul of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are Friday at 11am at the Welter-Price Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday from 4-7pm, 3111 James Street. Contributions may be made to Robinson Elmwood United Church.
