Charles W. Howard, 78, of Syracuse, died on February 14, 2021 at University Hospital. He was pre-deceased by his wife Elizabeth. Surviving family includes his sons: Charles Jr. of New Mexico, Timothy and James of Syracuse; and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be private.
