Beryle M. Valerino, 71, of Syracuse, died on June 26, 2019 after a brief illness. She was an active member in the Lyncourt Community for over 40 years; dedicating her time to the Lyncourt Little League, Lyncourt School PTO, Youth recreation sports program and active in St. Daniels Church.  She graduated from Henniger High School in 1965.  She had been previously employed at the Hub Diner, New Venture Gear , The Florida Crab Co. and ACS.  She was currently  working as a home heath aide.  She also owned and operated a restaurant, J. A. Garfields, in Homosassa, Florida.  She enjoyed spending time with her family along with sewing, knitting, crocheting, jet skiing and had a love of all sports as she coached her children in both softball and basketball.  She was also an avid Syracuse Orange fan.  She is predeceased by her parents George and Margaret Snyder and a brother George Snyder. 
Survived by her children Michael Leonardo, Denise Leonardo, Christine Fazio, Harry Leonardo all of Syracuse and Thomas Leonardo ( Kristin ) of Penfield, NY; a brother Keith Snyder (Diane); sisters: Joyce Brown (Don), Caren Snyder, Deb Stedman (Randy); her 10 Beautiful grandchildren: Michael, Alyssa, Danielle, Victoria, Anthony, Evan, Tyler, Addison, Lilyana and Trevor.
Calling hours are Sunday, June 30 from 1-4pm at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street.
