John C. Flynn, 94, of Syracuse, passed away on April 28, 2019. He was born October 21,
1924 in Syracuse, NY, the son of the late Paul V. and Carlene (Nimtz) Flynn.
John worked in the automotive industry until retiring in 1991. He enjoyed spending time
at his camp in the Adirondacks on Beaver Lake and more recently his winter home on
North Hutchinson Island in Florida.
John is survived by his niece; Barbara Wood and great-nieces; Megan Seymour and
Elizabeth Martini. He was predeceased by his sisters, Jane Ann Flynn and Carol (Flynn)
Wood.
Private services will be held at the convenience of his family. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
