Richard F. Miller, 61, of Syracuse, died at home on Thursday. He was a graduate of SU, a local author and a noted collector of Onondaga County historical items. He was a member of the Onondaga Hill Historical Society. He was pre-deceased by his parents Henry & Kathleen Miller, brothers Thomas & Joseph Miller.
He is survived by his brothers: Henry, Allan, Geary and Theodore; and several cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 19 at 1:30PM at Woodlawn Cemetery.
