Juanita “Pete” Louise (Wood) McNeil, 96, of Syracuse, died on Thursday at Loretto. She had retired as a legal secretary in Washington, DC and enjoyed being a grandmother and spending time with her family. She was pre-deceased by a granddaughter Kim Hodges.
She is survived by her daughters Sherry Fuller & Penelope Dumigan; a son Michael Wood; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may greet the family from 6-7pm on Tuesday at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at the conclusion. Burial will be in Greensprings Cemetery in Ithaca, NY.
