Virginia T. Zolik Drabot

Virginia T. Zolik Drabot, 88, of Syracuse, died peacefully on Tuesday.  She was a communicant of Transfiguration Church and a member of the Christian Mothers Club.  She was a homemaker who raised her family and enjoyed traveling with her husband.  She was pre-deceased by her husband Walter; son Terence; parents Joseph and Alexandra Wisowaty Zolik; brothers: Peter, Joseph and Matthew Zolik; sisters: Genevieve Roane, Jane Skardinski.
Her family includes her sons: Richard (Jill) of Wake Forest, NC, Robert (Noreen) of Central Square; daughters: Valerie (Bernard) Potash of Syracuse, Susan (John) Kilpatrick of North Syracuse; brother Leo Zolik of Brewerton; grandson: Luke, Ian, Jake, Nathan, Eric, Sean; granddaughters: Amber, Andrea, Haley, Abigail; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 9am in the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home and 9:30 in Transfiguration Church with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Friday from 4-7 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Haiti Fund, c/o the Church of St. Michael and St. Peter, 4782 West Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13215.
