Albert J Biloski, 94,  passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 .  He was a member of the “Greatest Generation” and was born in 1923, son of William and Anna Biloski and grew up in Carbondale, PA.  Albert graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School in Carbondale and was inducted into the US Army in 1942 and served until the conclusion of World War II in 1946.  During his military tenure, he was awarded many citations including the Philippine Liberation Ribbon, World War II Victory Medal, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, and the African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal and achieved 3 Bronze Stars. He returned from the War and married Natalie Ciborowski in Syracuse, NY and they were married for 67 wonderful years.
Albert was employed at Crouse Hinds/Cooper Union for 44 years as a shift engineer in the factory power plant operation. He was highly respected for his diligent work ethic and power plant systems expertise.
Albert was an avid gardener and loved his yard, growing main different varieties of flowering plants, and was especially proud of his numerous rose bushes.  He enjoyed the fun years of watching his grandchildren grow and never minded any “baby sitting“ tasks. 
His survivors include his wife, Natalie of Syracuse; son William (Robin) Biloski of Madeira Beach, Florida; son Alan Biloski (Jennifer) of Ithaca New York; six grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents he was predeceased in death by his brother William Jr, and sisters Josephine Biloski and Stasia Chup. 
The funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 27 at 10:30am in the Blessed Sacrament Church with interment to follow in Woodlawn Mausoleum.  Friends my greet the family from 9-10am on Friday at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home.
