Michael Parrish Gottschalk November 9, 2016 Michael Parrish Gottschalk, 65, of Eastwood, passed away unexpectedly on November 9th. He was a loving person and friend that will be greatly missed by his family. Michael had a passion for coin collecting, local history, watching sports, driving, and his grandchildren. He found quiet pleasure in reading the newspaper, feeding the squirrels, and being with family. Michael worked for Cathedral Candle Co. for 22 years and EMGOTT Inc. for almost 40 years. He is predeceased by his wife, Joanne; his daughter, Karen Marie; his father, Maynard Sr.; his mothers Jeanne May and Anna Assunta. Michael is survived by his sister, Michele Rita; brothers, Maynard Jr. and Marcus Charles; sister, Melody; son, Kenneth (Amanda); grandchildren, Rayna Marie, Gabriella Skye, Kenneth III, Abbigail, Theodore, and Remmington; son-in-law, Mike; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Calling hours will be Monday from 5-7PM at Welter-Price Funeral Home, 3111 James Street, Eastwood. Services will follow at 7pm. For those wishing to join the family on Tuesday, the services of committal will be held at the graveside in Woodlawn Cemetery at 1:00PM. Contributions may be made to the CNY Cat Coalition, P.O.
