Obituary of David Francis Nellenback

David F. Nellenback, 73, of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully at home on November 2, 2016. David was born in Syracuse to Agnes and Andrew Nellenback and graduated from North High School. David married Vonnie Nellenback (Hoag) in 1972 and had two beautiful children, Ryan and Lydia. David had many different jobs including airport taxi and Medicaid transportation businesses, a used-car dealership, and was a TA for Syracuse City Schools. David was a member of Bible Study Fellowship Church. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He believed “For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain” (Phil 1:21). He loved people, helping others, and had a contagious laugh. David is survived by his wife, Vonnie Nellenback (Hoag); son, Ryan Nellenback (Emily); daughter, Lydia Roldan (Carlos); grandson, Gabriel Roldan; sister, Ann Bray; and cousin Don Nellenback. He is preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Agnes Nellenback and brother Andrew Nellenback. There will be no services at this time. Contributions in David’s honor may be made to Hospice of CNY or Francis House.
