She was the daughter of the late Dr. William and Alice (Archer) Hayes. Pat married on June 8, 1963 and went on to raise four children. Pat was always helping others too, knitting prayer shawls for the sick and elderly, lap robes and baby hats for St. Joseph's Hospital, and making fleece blankets for friends and family. Pat was also a big Red Sox fan watching games almost every night throughout the season. Pat was a long time communicant of Holy Cross Church in DeWitt where she served as an Eucharistic Minister, as a past officer of the Altar Rosary Society, and on the Funeral Luncheon Committee. In addition to her parents, Pat was predeceased by her sisters, Genie Ryan, Mary Ann, Kathy Fisher, and Ann McAdam; brother-in-law Don Ryan and nephew Bryan Honold. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Al; their four children: Bill of Sydney, Australia, Sue (Dan) Konstalid of Gettysburg, PA, Dave of Webster, and Karen of Hoboken, NJ; siblings: Barbara Honold of East Syracuse and Debbie (Rich) Lerro of Fayetteville; brothers-in-law: Bill Fisher of Stuart, FL and Phil (Marilynne) Highducheck of Palm Springs, CA; four grandchildren: Liam and Dexter Highducheck and Tyler and Kevin Konstalid; and numerous nieces and nephews.
