Mary Irene Forth, 93, of Syracuse, died on Tuesday at Heritage at Loretto. She was a communicant of Holy Cross Church. Mary Irene was a kind and giving soul that devoted her life to helping others always before thinking of herself. Her family would like to thank the staff at the Heritage and PACE of CNY for their compassion and care. She was pre-deceased by her sister Margaret Rusinko.
She is survived by her nephews: Dan (Ann) Rusinko of Burlington, CT, Bob (Lisa) Rusinko of Tampa, FL; several great nieces and nephews and a special friend Lena Massa.
Funeral mass will be Friday at 10am in Holy Cross Church with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 9-10 in the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to PACE of CNY.
