Barbara A. Phelps, 76, of East Syracuse, died on Tuesday at Crouse Hospital. She was employed by Empire Housing Development and was a communicant of St. Matthew’s Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her husband Richard; daughters: MaryBeth Phelps, Jill Crast; son: Christopher (Kelley) Phelps; brother: John Bushnoe; sisters: Mary Waskiewicz, Betty Gingrich; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street.
