Obituary of Tarcisio Parolin

Tarzy B. Parolin, 82, of Stuart, FL. passed away peacefully with his family by his side after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. A life resident of Syracuse. Tarzy retired from General Electric where he worked in the Heavy Military Radar Sonar Division for 35 years. Mr. Parolin was a former member of St. Peter’s Church as well as Blessed Sacrament Church in Syracuse before moving to Florida where he was a devoted communicant of St. Andrew’s Church and served as the Head of Ushers. Tarzy had a passion for dancing, especially with his wife Carol Ann, fishing, the casino, horseracing, Nascar and going on family cruise vacations. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Carol Ann (Sorbello), his parents Louis and Concetta Parolin, brothers Johnny, Richard, Louis Jr., Alfred, and Pio, sisters; Madaline Mussi, Laura Mangicaro, Pedina Canino and daughter in law Kimberly Middleton. Survivors include his children William A. Parolin of Syracuse, Doreen A. (James) Ronan of Stuart, FL. and Diane M. Parolin of Delray Beach, FL., sisters Rita Cooper of Syracuse, NY, Dolores Dulaney of Fairborn, OH. and Paula Porcello of both Syracuse, NY and Hobe Sound, FL. Five grandchildren Alexis L. Suletti of Stuart, FL., Erica E. Suletti of New York , NY., Michael J.T. Suletti of Stuart, FL., Zachary and Jake Middleton both of Coral Springs, FL. , great grandson Vincent Benny Rodriguez Jr. of Stuart, FL. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services re Thursday at 10am at the the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home and at 10:30 in Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dewitt. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7pm at the funeral home, 3111 James St.
