Karen M. Solberg, 59, of Syracuse, died on Saturday at Van Duyn. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Grange. Karen enjoyed singing, music, crafts and spending time with her family. She was known to be an Encyclopedia of knowledge and trivia.
She was pre-deceased by her parents Raymond and Margaret and brothers: David and Donald.
She is survived by her brother Erik W. (Kyle M.) Solberg of Kirkville; nephews Donny Solberg, Thomas Butts; nieces Savannah Raye Solberg, Erika Marie Solberg, Mykel-Lyn Butts, Jhona Butts; great-niece maKenzie; and several cousins.
Calling hours are Friday from 2-4pm with a service at the conclusion at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home.
