Henrietta Genevieve Auer, 101, of Liverpool, died on Wednesday . She was born in Syracuse on March 14, 1914. Her parents were Joseph Frank During and Henrietta Jaeger. She retired from St. Joseph’s Hospital as a staff LPN. Mrs. Auer was a communicant of Assumption Church, a member of the Altar and Rosary Society, Holy Trinity Seniors and was an active Square Dancer with her husband.
Her husband Adolph Thomas Auer died in 2008.
She is survived by a daughter: Joan M. (Carl) Lozito of Liverpool; son: Kenneth (Roberta) Auer of Arizona; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
Henrietta’s family wishes to thank the staff on C South at James Square, including Margaret, Jasmin and Brenda, for their care and support.
The funeral mass will be Saturday, December 19 at 10AM in Assumption Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Assumption Church.
