Shirley M. Rowe, 84, of Syracuse, died October 29th at James Square. Born in Massena, NY; she was the daughter of the late David and Elizabeth McDonald. Her husband Norman pre-deceased her in 1989.
Shirley is survived by her sons: David and Kevin Rowe; daughter in law Michele; grandchildren Ethan and Carter.
Funeral services were held at the Eastwood Baptist Church and burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
