Richard C. Phelps Obituary
Richard C. Phelps, 86, of East Syracuse, died at home on Thursday, November 27, 2025. He was retired from Eagle Comtronics. He enjoyed his retirement years going to the beach, feeding the birds, and building doll houses. He was pre-deceased by his wife Barbara, and grandson Derek Kingdeski. He is survived by his daughters: MaryBeth Phelps-Polley and Jill Crast; son Christopher ( Kelley) Phelps; brother, Raymond Phelps Jr; grandchildren: Anthony, Nicholas, Alyssa, Cody; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 5 from 4-7pm at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street, Syracuse.
